Elaine still can’t believe you have left us and gone to your husband and now an angel. Miss you so much and miss the video calls and the chats we had, even if most of our chats was about Brady and making sure he is okay. I will always keep my promise that I made to you, I will look after your son Brady with all my heart and I will try my best to make sure he gets that kidney as I know you would want him to get it. Elaine my darling angel you fly those wings high. I love you miss you dearly. Love you forever Jemma xxxx
